About Us

Burton & Co has a history of providing legal services in Lincolnshire for 180 years now operating as a limited liability partnership. The firm now also provides estate agency services from its Lincoln Property Centre. The present partners and staff, fully backed up by skilled support staff and extensive information technology, add their own specialisms to our track record and experience, in order to meet the needs of today’s clients. We have sufficient size to provide specialists but are not so big as to risk losing the essential personal touch.

As a progressive firm we offer free Saturday surgeries so that anyone can see us for 15 minutes without charge on any general legal problem. Often our advice can be given there and then. If not, it is our policy to give clear costs information at the outset if we are to be instructed.
